How do I return items?
We offer our customers a 90-day hassle free return process.
- Contact us to let us know what you’ll be sending back.
- You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. Return your item(s) to: Legendary Fit Co. 1828 E. Broadway, Long Beach CA 90802.
- When we receive your item(s), your refund (excluding original shipping costs, if any) will be issued to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase within 7-14 business days.
What items are returnable?
- Item is within 90 days of purchase.
- All tags attached.
- Package intact.
- Unused products.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving your returned Legendary Fit Co. merchandise at our warehouse, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the Legendary Fit Co. product within 7–14 business days excluding any shipping costs. This refund will be issued to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not exchange product. If you purchased an item from www.LegendaryFitCo.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund.
